Barbara Rohr is an Associate Attorney for the firm. Ms. Rohr focuses her practice as an advocate for plaintiffs in the areas of California lemon law and automobile fraud. Ms. Rohr is licensed to practice law in California, and is admitted before the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Robert B. Mobasseri, APC, Ms. Rohr practiced as a plaintiffs’ consumer fraud class action attorney for a national class action litigation law firm as well as in civil and employment litigation. Ms. Rohr gained valuable experience as a human resources professional for an international entertainment corporation prior to attending law school.

Ms. Rohr earned her undergraduate degrees from Arizona State University, and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2010 and an LL.M. in 2013 with a specialization in litigation, both from Southwestern Law School. Ms. Rohr became a member of the California State Bar on December 2, 2010. While in law school, Ms. Rohr earned the highest grade in two of her law school courses and in 2010 Southwestern Law School chose Ms. Rohr to receive the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Jeffrey S. Turner Outstanding Commercial Law Student award. Ms. Rohr also earned Southwestern Law School’s Public Service Award and the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services for her work at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a public service law center serving underserved populations in Los Angeles County. While studying abroad in Egypt, Ms. Rohr worked as a volunteer law clerk for the Forced Migration And Refugee Center in Cairo helping Iraqi refugees attempting to find permanent homes after being displaced as a result of the Iraq War. Ms. Rohr sponsored a refugee family she met in Egypt and is honored she has been able to remain a part of the family’s support system many years later. Ms. Rohr has also been an Honorary Board of Governors Member for the non-profit organization Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, and was a Board Member (2016-2018) for A New Way of Life Reentry Project, a non-profit that supports former incarcerated women reintegrate into society.

Ms. Rohr was born in Los Angeles, California and has called California home for the past 21 years after growing up primarily in Phoenix, Arizona. In her free time, Ms. Rohr loves traveling to other countries, exploring Los Angeles and spending time with her family and friends.
